The User Experience (UX) group at SolarWinds is responsible for making our products easier to use, more efficient and more useful. Tomorrow, June 3 only, we're hosting individual one-hour remote discussions (using GoToMeeting) with users who as part of their job currently have service level agreements (SLAs). This is not our traditional kind of feedback session where we show you screens and flows and pieces of products we have in development: rather, this is just an opportunity for us to listen and learn from you in an informal discussion. We'll have a few high level questions, but we'll also just listen a lot. Ideally, we're looking for users in larger environments (the larger the better!).
If you're interested and have one hour to give us any time June 3 between 10am and 4pm Central, please email kellie.mecham@solarwinds.com with your name, at least one time block which works for you, and a little background about you and your organization (whatever you think is relevant, maybe the SolarWinds products you use, what other products you use, size of environment, type of business, etc.).
If you don't have time tomorrow, but do manage SLAs as part of your job, feel free to email me back anyway so we can connect for future feedback sessions.
Thanks!
Kellie (Meech)
