Hello Toolset current users and Toolset abandoners,
Now is your chance to tell us about your experiences with Toolset (the good, the bad and the ugly)! We'll be conducting one hour 1:1 phone interviews using GoToMeeting next week, the week of December 12, with both current users and Toolset abandoners. For current users, please note we'll be very interested to see what tools (if any) you currently use and how you use them, so some segment ofthe interview will focus on us making you presenter so that you can show us how you use Toolset in your environment. Toolset abandoners--we will likely use most to all of the time just talking about your experiences, but if you have other similar products you use and find valuable, we might be interested in seeing those, too.
In exchange for an hour of your time, we'll be providing $25 Amazon gift certificates. If you're interested in participating, please email kellie.mecham@solarwinds.com and include the following information:
- Your name
- Your title and role (e.g. what you actually are responsible for)
- Your company
- the SolarWinds products you you currently use
- if you are a current toolset user or abandoner
- a one hour block of time between Monday, December 12 and Friday, December 16 (10am to 5pm CST) that you can give us.
