Installing Alert Central on Xenserver 6.2

I am trying to install Alert Central on Xenserver,  The file is OVA (Alert Central) and Xenserver can import OVA/OVF.  But it just hangs and will never import.

Any idea on how I can install it on Xenserver?

I have read to convert to OVF.... Which I imported the alert central (ova) on VirtaulBox with no issues,  then I tried to Export to a OVF and then use that in import on Xenserver.  Still just hangs and will not install.
